Following a successful league finish as Herts Div 1 runners up, the Seniors’ Scratch team finished a respectable 4th on Finals Day held at Hadley Wood GC earlier this month. The season was finally wrapped up with a light-hearted ‘do’ last week, at which incoming 2025 Seniors’ Captain Frank Hill was honoured guest. Frank made the most of the day, leading his group to a 1 shot win! Well done to all those who participated throughout the season.

A very enjoyable and competitive season for the Senior Scratch team. We managed to finish 3rd in Division 2 of the Herts Senior Scratch League and got through to the final of the KO Cup losing to Brookman’s Park in the final played on the League Finals Day at Knebworth.

The League has been rearranged and expanded to 4 divisions for 2023 with Brocket Hall and Ashridge ‘B’ entering the newly formed 4th Division. We remain in Division 2 with Hadley Wood, West Herts, Old Fold Manor & Knebworth.

A massive congratulations to our Senior Scratch team on their promotion to Division 2 of the Herts Senior Scratch League following a 2nd place finish in Division 3!
